Precision Coil Processing

From our UK service centre, Hempel Special Metals supplies precision slit coil and strip to customers around the world. We slit nickel alloys, stainless steel, and titanium to exact specifications, with precision tolerances between 0.1mm - 2mm, and widths from 1.98mm up to 610mm.

The finished materials can be supplied according to customer-specific requirements. Material is typically delivered oscillate (traverse) wound on spools/bobbins, or on cores appropriate to your dimensional requirements. We can also print mark coils with customer details for full traceability and identification.
